We offer you New Balkan Rhythm workshop of odd/irregular rhythms online on Zoom platform. The workshop will start at 7 PM and last until 8.30 PM CET.

Alice in WonderBand are duo of music and theater performers and educators. The only artists from the Balkans who have been developing a very specific type of performing arts, they use unity of music, theater, dance, movement and acrobatics with body music and body percussion. They teach music from Balkans and irregular rhythms or odd beats on New Balkan Rhythm workshops.

On this online workshop, starting from the basics, you will understand how to play different odd beats (7/8, 9/8, 11/8 etc), different ways to make body percussion arrangements for them, you will learn one song from Balkans in two melody lines and connect it all into a body music arrangement for the song you can perform right away!
