Smoothie with herbs is the easiest thing to make in the summer. Fruit all over the place! We love fruits and vegetables and it makes up most of our meals. On our estate we grow various types of fruit, like peaches, apples, apricots, figs, currants, jostaberry, chokeberry, cherries, grapes.
Today, we offer you a recipe for a smoothie to which we have added a few leaves of mint, sage and lemon balm.
Chokeberry is from the freezer, from last year.
Ingredients for a smoothie with herbs
4 peach es
a handful of chokeberries
a cup of raspberries
a handful of wild strawberries
sage, mint and lemon balm leaves
some baked pumpkin seed for decoration
Combine everything in a blender and enjoy!
